Ken has been a successful regional sales manager for over 20 years. He began in the food industry and transitioned to the telecom industry in the mid 1990's – where he has managed a sales region covering Maine to Virginia for over a decade. Throughout his career, he has focused on providing proactive, intelligent solutions to clients and becoming a trusted advisor to customers through his success in helping them achieve their goals.
As the demands of parenting two teenagers grew, Ken realized that it was time to get off the road and to re-establish roots within the local and regional communities. He secured financing for Kenergy and is pursuing his vision of creating a passionate, capable, and innovative firm with the expertise and resources to serve the growing renewable energy needs of the mid-atlantic region.
Ken has an MBA from the University of Maryland and a BA in Philosophy from the University of Virginia. In addition to his renewable energy affiliations, he is a member of the Chesapeake Bay Foundation and the Oyster Recovery Foundation. He has NABCEP Certificates of Completion for Code Compliance, Basic PV Design, and Commercial PV Systems Design, Specification, and Planning. He is an active soccer player and a licensed soccer coach.

In addition to her day-to-day responsibilities, Julia Sullivan manages projects that have high strategic value and drives Kenergy's strategic vision.
In 2007, Julia helped found and grow Shoeboxed.com from a small apartment-based start-up in Berlin to one of the top money and contact management tools available on the web. Besides managing key marketing, communications and business development initiatives, her team introduced a mail-based subscription model responsible for the company's exponential growth and success.
After her web industry success, Julia focused her attention and creativity to promoting solar energy. Julia has held diverse roles spearheading customer solutions, business development and fundraising throughout the Solar Industry. Her professional experience includes her work at Standard Solar, Inc, MDV-SEIA (the Mid-Atlantic Region's solar trade association) and NovaSol Energy. She graduated cum laude with one of the nation's top undergraduate International Business Degrees from Rollins College in Florida.
